What devices does DonationValue support?

DonationValue runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later.

Do I need an internet connection to use DonationValue?

No. DonationValue stores everything locally and works offline for tracking, valuing, and reviewing donations.

Do I need an account?

No. DonationValue works without an account or sign-up of any kind.

What happens to my data if I delete DonationValue?

Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes your donation records along with it. Export a tax report or CSV backup of anything you want to keep before deleting the app.

Can I get a refund on the Tax Pack?

Tax Pack purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit, so refund requests go through Apple's standard App Store refund process, not DonationValue directly.

Is voice donation entry accurate?

Voice Donations is a beta feature. It handles natural phrasing well, and you can review and correct anything the parser gets wrong before a donation is saved.

Does DonationValue tell me how much I can deduct?

DonationValue provides fair market value estimates to help you document your donation, but it doesn't provide personalized tax advice. Talk to a tax professional about your specific situation.
